North York Semi Split Addition

This house stands out in an older neighborhood with older homes in the North York neighborhood, we added an extension to the foyer, with a full bathroom over it, and a massive bedroom over the garage, we also gutted and renovated the entire home, changed the layout, removed structural walls, so our clients can have an open concept on the main floor.
